Gentle movements can improve your mood

Did you know that moving gently everyday in the morning, before lunch, in the afternoon or before you go to bed can improve your mood and your well-being?

Taking 10-20 minutes everyday to gently stretch your spine by lifting your arms up in the air, stretching to each sides, to the front and the back, twisting gently the spine by moving your arms from side to side can improve your range of movement. This is really accessible for anyone. According to your condition, you can stretch sitting on a chair, sitting in a crossed legged posture or on your heels (don’t hesitate to sit on a pillow) or standing firmly on both feet.

Make sure that you are aware of your breath. When you inhale (opening the body) stretch toward the sky and when you exhale (close the body) stretch to the side or to the front.

Don’t hesitate to contact me for a mini flow online or in person group or private class.

In the meanwhile, keep stretching, moving and take good care!
