Gentle Morning Yoga Flow

Every Friday from 9am to 10pm. Let's take some time to reconnect with ourselves and nature, and practice an outdoor gentle Yoga flow. This mindful practice will help us feel more grounded, refreshed, and energized as we move through our day. We will combine both strengthening and stretching exercises thoughtfully to promote a deep sense of well-being, balance, and joy. We will end by a relaxation!

Gentle Evening Yoga Flow

Are you are in search of a gentle yoga class in the evening in the middle of  Garden Hills? Our sessions will guide you through seated, standing, and reclined poses, thoughtfully adjusted to suit everyone’s individual needs. The class also incorporates calming breathing exercises along with mindfulness practices. Each session concludes with a soothing, relaxing rest period, allowing you to unwind.
