I’ll send you the replay so you can practice at your convenience, no matter where you are. I’ll also offer an optional 15-minute meditation each week, perfect for those moments when you need a quick pause and recharge.

Each week, you’ll receive a motivational post to keep the energy high and help you stay inspired. Plus, I’ll be checking in with you regularly in our private WhatsApp group where you can connect with fellow yogis, share your progress, and stay supported throughout your journey.
