Join me for gentle Yoga at the  Memorial Park playground this Spring! Together, we will explore the profound Yoga Sutras of Patanjali, which will add a little philosophy to our gentle Yoga practice. Come and enjoy some mindful movements while discovering the rich and ancient knowledge that these texts offer.
